Information about city projects affecting South Z Boaz Park / Z Boaz South Park:

The water reclamation pipeline from the Walsh Ranch master planned development’s water treatment facility will come through the park, temporarily disrupting the soccer field. We don’t know when they’ll start, but projected completion is 2030:

The project linked below involves a needed resurfacing of the asphalt lots, a new lot and trailhead off of 377 (near where the old stables were), and the permanent closure of the road between the western baseball lot and the new lot. This was projected to be completed in 2025, but is connected to 2 other projects, one of which was delayed, which delayed them all. The projected completion date has been updated to 2026:
